Postal Entry for Competitions

GAINGRIND offers an alternative method of entering competitions by post (“Postal Entry”). This method does not require payment other than the cost of postage.

Conditions for Postal Entry

By submitting a Postal Entry, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to participate in the Competition and that you agree to comply with our Terms and Conditions, along with any additional rules or requirements outlined in the relevant Competition.

How to Enter

To enter a Competition via Postal Entry, you must send a handwritten postcard or letter including all of the following information:

• Full name
• Full postal address, including city and postcode
• Telephone number
• Email address linked to your registered account
• Name of the Competition you wish to enter

Entries must be handwritten. Mechanically reproduced, printed, or copied entries will not be accepted. Entries submitted by third parties are not permitted.

Entry Requirements

Postal Entries must be sent during the Promotion Period of the relevant Competition. Entries received within 2 working days after the Competition closing date may still be accepted, provided they were posted within the Promotion Period.

Entries that are incomplete, illegible, incorrectly formatted, or postmarked outside the Promotion Period will be considered invalid.

Only one entry per postcard or envelope is permitted. Multiple entries within a single envelope will not be accepted. However, you may submit multiple separate entries, up to a maximum of 600 entries per person per Competition.

Confirmation of Entry

Postal Entries will only be considered valid once they have been received, processed, and confirmed by us. Confirmation may be provided via email or through your user account on our website.

Validity of Entries

Valid Postal Entries will be entered into the Competition draw alongside paid online entries. Each valid entry will have an equal chance of winning.

You must have an active account on our website at the time your Postal Entry is processed. All details provided must match the information held on your account.

We reserve the right to reject any entry that does not comply with these requirements or that we reasonably suspect is fraudulent or submitted in breach of our Terms and Conditions.
